Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Brambelle ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, to US territories and to PO boxes. We also ship internationally.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, in the US and internationally. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing time
Orders are processed in 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays.

Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery takes:
- United States: 5 to 7 business days
- International: 7 to 21 business days

These times apply to all items, including furniture. Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can add time.

Order tracking
You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

If your order has more than one item, the items may arrive in separate packages. Each package has its own tracking number.

Address changes
Check your shipping address before you place your order. To change it, email us as soon as you can. We can update the address only if the order has not shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery time above, or your package is marked delivered and you cannot find it, email us with your order number.

If an item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Returns
You can return an item within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for the steps.
